The WAG Effect: Fashion Styles Straight From The F1 WAGS
Charles Leclerc this, Max Verstappen that. Enough about the boys. Let’s be real here, the main event may be the driver themselves, but for me personally? My eyes are on the wives and girlfriends in the paddock. All self-made women themselves, they show up in support of their partners in the pit, but also make it their own runway, bringing their own individual styles to the event of the season. Take notes, here is a peek into the style of F1 WAGs.
Lily Muni He
When Lily isn’t supporting her fiance Alexander Albon in the Williams pit, she is a professional golfer whose style is almost irresistible. An equal balance of preppy, sporty fashion and modern silhouettes, her style is effortless yet playful and so easy to recreate. She loves her neutrals – black, white, cream – and incorporates them into many of her outfits, even when she is around the race track. A stand out for Lily’s style would definitely be accessorizing. We’ve all seen her iconic Miu Miu ‘orange’ purse as an accessory, or her car-inspired mini tote bag. Or for when the bag isn’t the star of the show, she opts for accessories like head scarves and bold caps – something to make her classical, preppy style more fun!

2. Alexandra Malena Leclerc
The newest addition to the Leclerc name, Alexandra Malena Leclerc is one of the most ethereal and elegant F1 WAGs of all time. Whilst maintaining a career in exhibition curation, she works charitably for funds such as Corazones Unidos, supporting education for children in Mexico. Her passions for art history are paralleled in her ‘quiet luxury’ style – always dressed for the occasion, in romantic and feminine silhouettes. From fashion show appearances and red carpets to yacht days, she is the European IT girl – never afraid to be bold, and a sucker for a vintage piece. When she isn’t wearing timeless dresses and matching sets, she opts for tailored clothes and sticks to mostly quiet luxury colours – cream, black, browns and softer pale colour palettes.

3. Francisca (Kika) Gomes
Kika Gomez isn’t just ‘Pierre Gasly’s girlfriend’, but a Portuguese actress and influencer who definitely understands the rules of fashion. Her instagram feed shows off her luxurious mediterranean lifestyle, pictured on yachts, beaches and resorts in flowy dresses and matching bikini sets. When she isn’t soaking up the sun, she is situates herself in the city attending fashion events and running errands in model off-duty outfits that feature body-hugging silhouettes and more often than not, very casual workout sets, jeans and jumper numbers. In the pit, she often opts for neutral colours and simple silhouettes like midi dresses, and of course, tees from the Alpine team (paired with an amazing pair of heels).

4. Lily Zneimer
Lily Zneimer plays a dual role at F1 races. With a background in engineering, not only does she attend in support of her long-time boyfriend Oscar Piastri, but she herself has skin in the game as she attempts to make a name for herself on the F1 track. Despite remaining quite private online, her style is easy to distinguish. It is clear she is a denim girl through and through, and she isn't afraid of a denim on denim moment. Her colour palette mainly consists of shades of blue, whites, blacks and browns. While she isn’t one to devour trends and glamour, Lily provides a refreshing, subtle artistic elegance to her casual outfits. And an outfit isn’t a Lily outfit without her sunglasses.

5. Carmen Montero Mundt
When you spot George Russell at the track, you will always see Carmen Mundt right by his side rocking a polished and sophisticated outfit. Her impressive finance background translates directly into her outfits – tailored, professional, modest but luxurious all at the same time – the classic ‘old money’ style. She is often seen with tailored pant suits, or refined and classical dresses. Her colour palette centers on neutral tones, but when she needs a pop of colour, she usually sticks to reds and deep pinks and loves to accessorize with her bag choice. She takes inspiration from icons like Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy’s iconic pencil skirt outfit, and from brands like Ralph Lauren and Burberry.

6. Rebecca Donaldson
As a model herself, Rebecca is the model off-duty look. Whether she is at F1 supporting her boyfriend Carlos Sainz, working, or running errands, she always finds the perfect balance between minimalism and relaxed, stylish corporate wear. Her wardrobe is heavily inspired by corporate pieces like tailored pants, slip dresses and blazers paired with a stunning heel. Following the general tones of black, cream, and beige, she accessorizes delicately, never taking away from the outfit. She makes the ‘basic’ look classy and elegant by wearing well-fitted staples and using simple layering to accentuate her outfits.

The Brazilian model and influencer has become the poster girl for bold elegance, constantly putting on fashion-forward pieces that make your jaw drop. Similar to Rebecca, she uses tailoring to convey sophistication and she knows how to make a statement – think structured blazers, chic embellished mini dresses, and flowy dresses that accentuate feminine silhouettes.
