Meet Dani, 24-year-old content creator from the beautiful island of Tenerife, Spain. While he’s been making content for some time, this year he has taken it to the next level. Fashion has always been his passion, and he’s fascinated by the endless ways it allows for self-expression. Outside of style, Dani is a big sports enthusiast and loves getting involved in all kinds of activities, whether it’s playing or practicing. Travel is another huge part of his life and he aims to take at least one trip every month, chasing new experiences and inspiration. MY STYLE: It’s versatile for sure—I feel comfortable in many different type of clothes and I can make anything feel like its made for me. It’s important that my fits represent me. It’s less about the specific clothing or style and more about the attitude and the way you wear it.
FAVORITE AESTHETIC: I can’t choose just one, but I have to say—when I see someone dressed in a maximalist way and the outfit still makes sense and has harmony, it’s impossible for me not to turn around and check it out twice.
LAST PURCHASE: I recently bought the viral Samsøe Samsøe cow print jacket 65% off, and I can’t wait for autumn to wear it.
STYLE INSPO: I wouldn’t say I have one specific source of inspiration, but I find myself drawn to women’s style much more than men’s. I get inspired by the way women put outfits together. Of course I’m also inspired by media, and I love watching runway shows to see how the clothes are styled.
BEST STYLE ADVICE: First, wear what makes you feel comfortable. Then, as a second step, I’d recommend learning a bit about proportions and color combinations in an outfit. And if not, just experiment—trial and error is the best way to figure out what works best for you and your body type.
GO-TO CLOTHING BRANDS: I love that many local brands from Spain have been doing things so well lately. Smaller, handcrafted labels like Dame Après Paris and Aile really stand out to me, as well as some more mainstream names like Nude Project, Scuffers, Eme Studios, and Cold Culture. I’m very proud to see national fashion doing such cool things and going so far.
